The rainy season comes with cold breeze in the morning and at nights,  but also with a scorching sun in the noons. Hence put on lighy clothings with thick pullover/jacket/coat in the morning,  remove the coat/jacket in the noon.
At nights,  put on thick clothes that covers your chest.

Nice answer. Then why do people still wear cloths that barely cover them. Wear what will help keep the cold out and wouldn't make you sweat.
